I filled out an online application, and I had an in-person interview. The online application asked a few questions about personal style, favorite retailers, and customer service. A few days later I received an email asking about an in-person interview. It was 1:1 and fairly relaxed. It felt like a very genuine conversation rather than an interview.
The interview process was seamless and easy. My interviewer was kind, respectful, and asked insightful questions, as well as provided insightful responses. I had a fun time getting to know what it would be like to work there.

Very easy and felt comfortable with interviewer. I was asked about situational scenarios. Talked about company values and asked which do you identify with and why. Overall, they went over expectations and what the company has to offer.
