The interview was minimal on zoom and then barely any swimming tests. Anyone can be an instructor its insane how easy it was to be offered a job. I think they are desperate right now.

Pretty simple, easy questions and straightforward. They didn’t really want conversation, just a quick interview over the phone and done. No need to stress or anything like that. Just know your schedule and come up with a reason for wanting the job
