Way Companies interview questions

The process is more about selling Way Co. than finding out about you the prospect. I asked directly exactly what type of sales person are you looking for? It was ignored and they just kept on telling me how great Way Co. is and being vague at best what the actual job entails. They claim it's a intensive interview process I spoke with two people before being offered the position.
