I was interviewed (long process with multiple interviews) and didn’t feel a positive vibe. Instead of sending me an email rejecting me as an applicant, they just ghosted me. It would be nice to at least be rejected so I know to put stock elsewhere.

Thank you so much for the review. Feedback like this helps us continuously improve our process. We never want to leave our candidates in limbo or feeling "ghosted", and our feedback is usually the complete opposite of your experience.
After looking at our system records to discover what may have happened in this situation, we see that we sent emails to all candidates informing them that we had chosen to move forward with other candidates. We wonder if perhaps that email went to a spam folder.
Regardless, we are sorry that you didn't receive our communication. We always invite candidates to apply again in the future as our needs continuously evolve.

Interview
Initially completed an online application. The second step was to complete a written assignment answering common scenarios and questions that the customers ask the WayBetter team, and most of the answers can be found within the apps and FAQ's. I then had a half hour phone call interview with the Assistant Referee Manager.
