I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weastec in Jul 2017
Interview
I received a phone interview about a week after applying, then received an on-site interview a few days after that. First was just HR interview, then the on-site was with HR and 2 engineers. Both consisted of behavioral STAR type questions, and most questions were repeated. It kind of seemed as though the two engineers weren't too prepared to interview someone and it felt a lot more casual than most interviews I've had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have any experience working with people from another country who's native language is not English?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Weastec (Dublin, OH) in Mar 2023
Interview
20 min phone screening. The HR person was very nice. Makes you feel comfortable. Not so intense. Probably not the best choice for international students, because of the VISA issue.
One phone screening and then two in-person interviews. The process was easy, the questions were of normal difficulty. They did a good job of making you feel comfortable. They were not able to answer all of the questions I had, but most of them.
