The interview process was overall ok but unprofessional. During the initial interview the interviewer could not remember what type of questions to ask me. The interviewer also stated she was not sure how the interview process would or should go, and as such couldn’t really answer my questions about the company or remainder of interview process. In addition, they sent an email invite for my next interview, but one email said one time, another email said another time, and the interviewer said another completely different time. So I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the interview as she wasn’t sure what time it was to be held. Was invited back for another interview. Spent about an hour learning all about the company and several employees/supervisors/etc asked me questions at a conference table and overall was ok but wasn’t super welcoming and a bit intimidating. After spending several hours of my time interviewing with them, they have not even contacted me. I guess I was expecting them to at least send a rejection email as a courtesy to myself. Not impressed.
