There are 3 steps: the HR interview, the technical challenge and the on-site presentation of the challenge. The HR always answers kindly to emails but also acts as a filter until the last step. You never have the chance to have a confrontation with the designer leads, even when you are asked to deliver the technical challenge. Pro: they give you a feedback after delivering the challenge. Cons: the feedback is vague.
