Emailed through the job posting and got an email back. Set up a phone interview, and spoke for about 15 minutes. It was a nice conversation but it seemed like the interviewer was not keen to hiring anyone remote.

It was one on one via zoom with managing partner to discuss firm culture and expectations for new associates. The interview lasted about an hour, and the partner was quite candid.

Interview
2 round interview process. First you will interview with the hiring manager (the attorney who'll be your boss) and then secondly you'll interview with the managing partner. The managing partner is very fair and the firm has interesting legal work. However, it is difficult to move up the ladder unless you bring or build a book of business to becomes partner.
