Heard back 8 days after application with an email saying they wanted to set up a phone interview.
Had 1 phone interview.
Had 2 zoom interviews on the same day that lasted 40 minutes.

describe a time when you had to work with a customers complaints to get their needs.
It was a phone screen then an interview with hiring managers. Phone screen went over your resume and interview asked behavioral questions and some technical questions about past work history.
