Fluency in chinese? (they are mostly manderin)
Any skills related to job (if not it does not affect you at all)
They let me wait for a long time and did't tell what happened . It was very rude and unprofessional. After interview they said very good and should wait another director. But, they never call me again. Even asked HR, whether I was failed, they still said "no, just wait". If people not fit for you, just say it! why gave people hope but is not.
