I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wellframe (Boston, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
First there was the standard ~15 minute phone screen.
Next step in the process was a coderpad interview while talking via a google hangout with a current engineer.
Finally the onsite consisted of three interviews over the span of about 2.5 hours. The first was more of a behavioral with my potential future manager, followed by two technical interviews.

Question 1
The technical questions were good in that they weren't ridiculous, more just easy-to-understand questions to allow interviewees to demonstrate a basic aptitude for programming, problem-solving, and creativity. The behavioral questions were all the general things you'd expect in a behavioral interview, though I was happy that everyone seemed interested in parts of my resume that usually don't garner questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellframe (Boston, MA) in Jul 2022
Interview
HR phone screen followed by a technical/coding interview with a project leader. Then 4 hour final technical interview (light coding - no leetcode/hackerrank)
Interview with Product Manager (mostly non-technical but rather process oriented)
Entire experience was by far the best of any company I have interviewed with, actually enjoyable.
