Wellpartner interview questions

Group interview with friendly team. 2 supervisors, 1 manager and 1 senior team member. Each person took turns asking questions. The interview took about 1 hour. Seems like they really care about company culture.

Phone interview with Recruiter (2) Face to Face interviews on different days Entire process took about 30 days The process was very informal and more of a discussion type interview. They covered to vision of the company, where they are now and where they want to go. Then covered the challenges they have faced in the past and what they would like to do to make it a better business and better place to work.
