Wenham Carter are a market leading recruiter and as such are very thorough with who they employ. I had one initial phone interview followed by 3 face to face interviews but unfortunately was unsuccessful. I met many of the team and have to say both the staff and the atmosphere they created were great.

very unique and genuinely challenges the areas in which you need to be proficient to do well in recruitment (in my opinion of course), It felt very tailored to me specifically, asked tough questions
Simple straight forward process and the guys are very easy to get along with especially rich, Ben goes in deep to really try find out who you are which I feel gets a bit personal and intense which was completely unexpected
