I was recommended by another employee then had an initial interview with the local training manager. A couple days later was interviewed by District Manager. Job offer came about two weeks later.

It was a simple interview. They had standards but nothing that was too crazy. I interviewed with the district manager at one of their larger locations and not the one I ended up working at.
