West Michigan Compounding interview questions

The first interview is more of a screening. They look for why you are looking to leave your current company and set up as more of a personal interview. The 2nd interview process is set up in a S.T.A.R. format. There are four sets of questions. Afterwards you get a tour of the area you will be working in.
