Overall 7 rounds of interviews 4 virtual and 3 onsite. I have cleared all the rounds of interviews and been congratulated and asked to share the documents to process further. Recruiter had ghosted for some time and said they would need some time to make the hiring decision not sure what could be the reason. Recruiter also not aware whats happening. Real waste of time and i had to travel a lot to attend the onsite interviews for no value. I would suggest the hiring team to have clarity on what they are expecting from candidates and value others time as well. You can't offord to be unprofessional being running a company. Don't be unethical and don't play with emotions. Be greatful for the candidates for considering your company to give interviews. Again saying please be professional and don't play with emotions.
