Submit their application, solo interview with a panel of Residence Life staff members, group personal collage presentations. The staff was very friendly and warm, and welcomed you and made you feel very comfortable. They care so much about caring for those under them -- it's part of Wheaton College's Residence Life grander vision. Altogether, I was very very excited and relaxed to interview with them.
