They made it clear that weekends and holidays are their busiest times, so they wanted to know if I could work those shifts. I let them know my availability was flexible, and I was comfortable working during peak hours.

I attempted to interview several times and was on time and prepared, but the interviewer no-showed for two interviews. After rescheduling (and missing) a third time they informed me that they had hired someone else. While pleasant enough, they came off as disorganized and unconcerned about my time as a candidate.
