      Operations Assistant Interview

      Dec 7, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wheely (London, England) in Sep 2020

      Interview

Applied online followed by a thirty minute phone screening with a recruiter. This put me off the role because she described it as a very repetitive task. Also, I asked about progression because this was an assistant role and she said that she could not comment. I was also disappointed to find out the role was not based in the Mayfair office as stated in the job advert benefits. I got the impression the 'other' office was not a very nice place to work. I withdrew my application despite being invited to a second round interview. It seemed there would be multiple stages for an entry level role.

Thank you for your feedback! We were sorry to see you drop out of the interview process at the time but understand your reasons for it. Since you’ve last interviewed with us, we have opened a new office and a Training Academy, and due to limited space in our Mayfair location, this is based in Syon Park. We have also put levelling in place and helped our recruiters to understand career progression opportunities for every role at every level, so hopefully your experience would be completely different if you were to interview now. We hope to see your CV in the process again in the future! All the best.
