I told them I wouldn't be able to start for some time due to current work projects. I was not actively pursuing a new career at this time. Got an email back to make a phone call. Call was very pleasant and cordial and said their timetable wouldn't work out with mine. Don't see too many callbacks for null candidates any more. I appreciated it!
