Interview
I originally interviewed and was successful for the Live Chat role within Which, but unfortunately due to personal bereavement at the time, I could not take the offer. Now in a better situation, Linda who is the very kind Talent Acquisition Specialist suggested I apply for the Member Service Advisor role that recently came up. I was offered an interview, consisting of two stages.
1- This was a telephone call, outlining basic details about myself, my experience and my availability.
2- This was a Google Hangouts video interview, where the main bulk of the discussion focused on competency based questions.
The team interviewing me were incredibly lovely, and I was offered the job on the same day!

Interview
It was group interview. At the start we had PowerPoint presentation about Which?, then there was a fun group exercise which was enjoyable, then I was taken for a competency based interview which was a challenging but enjoyable, then had a role play which, and finally a tour of the office which was amazing. Overall my experience was as very positive
