Whizz interview questions

I was contacted by a Whizz recruiter. She asked me if I was interested in the position. After 2 interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager, I got an offer. We agreed that starting date would be in 3 weeks, but 4 days before the starting date they withdraw the offer. They told me that they evaluated the company strategy and decided that they can not afford the salary. They could do this evaluation before they sent me the offer. It was very unfair as they waited until the very last minute to tell me that the offer was not valid anymore. So they just wasted my time and left a very unprofessional impression. I replied to their email to express my dissatisfaction but they simply ignored it
