I said I had worked there previously and enjoyed the experience thoroughly with a very helpful manager and supportive team. (in retrospect, I should have added some more, about how reputable boots is and how it is known for its customer service. And the opportunity it provides its staff to learn and gain non vocational qualifications etc). Though I'm not sure if that would have helped.
