Totally agree - Why Lindt? Not people friendly, though are good at projecting an image. They claim in their own credo that they attract and keep the best. I worked for 5 years in the QA dept. and have seen at least 7 talented friendly people basically forced to leave because of the truly difficult QA director. If they meant what they say in their credo, they would have gotten rid of this director years ago. So, yes. Why Lindt?
