I was contacted by a transportation recruitment company about interviewing for this position. I expressed my interest and made my way through their vetting process. I was offered and had an initial interview with Wi-Tronix. The interview process in my opinion has room for improvement. The HR representative didn't identify their role with Wi-Tronix, I can only assume they were with HR. The representative didn't give an overview of the position to ensure the interview was for the Predictive Analytics Engineer role. Some of the questions didn't seem to relate to position.
