I applied in-person. I interviewed at Williams Foods (Piedmont, OK) in Apr 2017
Interview
I went in the week of before the prom and they were needing more employees that were not attending. I filled out the paper work, left, and 30 minutes later was called, asked if I had a mode of transportation (I was 15) and if I could work weekends. I answered yes to both of these and was offered the job. The store manager was the person to hand me the application and also the one to call and offer the job. I drove back up their the same day to get my company shirt and name tag and then was brought in the next day to start training.
