I completed two rounds of remote interviews for this position. The first was a one on one interviewer with a single attorney. The second round was three consecutive interviews with attorneys.

Varies on interviewer. Mix of behavioral and substantive questions.
Process was straightforward. I applied on their portal and received an email from recruiting about a week or two after submitting my application. First round was scheduled quickly and the interview was fairly standard. They had a very specific need in one of their groups, so the questions were mostly about my experience in that specific practice area.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wilmerhale (New York, NY) in May 2025
Interview
Multiple rounds with different attorneys at all levels and practice areas. The interviews were over Zoom and 30 minutes with two attorneys at a time. At the end there was a quick follow up with HR.
