The whole process--from the time I submitted my resume to my first day of work--took about a month. The interview was relaxed. I interviewed one-on-one with the Hiring Manager in the department I applied to. I was asked to walk through my resume. We then discussed my organizational skills, talked about how I might prioritize assignments, and the culture of the firm.
