Interview
The recruiter called & there was a initial general phone screening. The recruiter was friendly & courteous. Then HackerRank online code test for 1.5hrs was scheduled. There were many questions such that you can’t finish in the given time. So I attempted most questions( couldn’t attempt few due to time shortage) & know for a fact they were right(all test cases passed for coding questions). I got rejected with reason as the score didn’t meet their CUT OFF. So not sure if they even go through ur code & approach. Knowing whatever answered were right, I somehow couldn’t be convinced that they reject merely based on cutoff score & not even trying to know the candidates’ technical skills. One could definitely solve these problems in whiteboard with better optimised solutions. The acquaintance to this coding platform, short of time would make even good candidates score less than cutoff ( but not wrong solutions). The company is missing such candidates by this merely objective approach.

Question 1
Few coding questions & few MCQ on general tech topics. & few on DB.
Applied online. Received online assessment link. Gave their hackerrank test which had 2 coding questions. All test cases passes. Immediately received automated mail that recruiter will contact you. After few hours got email that they have decided to move forward with other candidates.
That is my application was not even reviewed by the recruiter(which usually takes 1-2 mins) before sending the test link.
Did an oa passed all the questions and had a video recording interview with some Java problem and also 5 behavioral with 3 chances and received a rejection two weeks after it is submitted
Graduate role had a few stages. First two stages included online technical and behavioural assessments. Final stage was a live coding interview with two software engineers and it was a standard coding problem with average difficulty.
