I applied for the Implementation Non-bank position. The panel interview consisted of the recruiter and the current implementation manager. I did not move forward because I did not have a background in payments, which is something that was apparent from my CV.

Behavioral questions on timelines, how you would integrate in an ambiguous environment, questions about payments and if you are familiar with them.
Thorough, professional and well organised. All participants were a good advert for the company. Initially a screening by HR then two technical rounds. One being on collaboration and the other walking through the technical side.

3 rounds of interviews, the first one with the HR, then two with the team, the last one with the hiring manager. Need to present a case - a project plan of an implementation of the Wise platform.
