Interview
3 steps process if I recall: HR, potential Direct reports, Hiring Manager. Although the organisation of the ITWs has been redundant due to delays and lack of responses from the recruiters, the process itself went rather Okay. The hiring manager was absolutely rude, interrupting me constantly, I simply couldn't finish even a short sentence. He kept on twisting my words continuously. He had no more than 4 years of relevant professional experience and only experienced Wise. After the interview, I immediately informed HR about his behaviour and they never responded. Ultimately I was rejected, mentioning I wasn't senior enough, which was interesting as in the same period I have received offers from much larger companies, with higher offers, and for even more senior roles. I suspect I was discriminated as I am much more experienced than the hiring manager was. Very happy not to work with that person, but I felt it was important to share that experience.

Interview
I was recommended by senior level employee for the role. Was set up with initial screening interview with HR. Was given positive feedback by HR and lined up for the next round. After 2 emails and one phone call to chase, I never heard back. Ghosted.

Interview
There are 3 times of interview by the local direct manger, another managers in London by using Skype. These were very effective and informative. It takes bout 1hourfor each.i think these were quite reasonable.
