The 30-minute interview consisted of standard questions. It was not a complicated process. I wasn't very impressed with the interviewers, who primarily asked about disagreement situations in my previous job and how I would handle pressure from my manager.

The process is composed of 2 steps of interviews, the first round was with a recruiter from their HR department, he asked the questions in such a natural way which made the conversation very efficient. 2 weeks after had the manager's interview with 3 other team members, the ambient was little tension but I prepared myself to act naturally and it was a good experience.

Overall good experience, the interviewers were friendly and turned out to be future colleagues. Application process, Team interview face to face and then with the Regional head.
