First interview on zoom to ask questions about my expertise. I had to describe what I did on each previous role. Second interview in person to meet the team, this part was more casual.

Short interview process. Asked about basic lab qualifications that I had and why I was interested working with the group. Asked about future career plans and how I saw my experience at Wistar fitting in with that. Overall good experience.

Interview
Meeting with PI and then a few conversations with lab staff. Very straightforward and mostly focused on hard skills in the lab. There was also discussion of my future plans (PhD, industry, etc.)
