Clear process and nice interviewer . You can learn a lot of things after interview and you just wait 2-3 days for results. Very impress with final stage about onsite you can come to office and meet everyone here

3 step process: initial screening, technical interview and a 2-parter last step with a 1:1 with Lead followed by a practical simulation exercise, very dinamic process but could be faster.

Interview
1st Phonecall where I was asked about my profile, then a 2nd screening with the recruiter, at the end I had my technical interview. The first two screenings were very nice, I felt very confident about my results in my technical challenge but I just received an email saying that they will not continue with the process. I think I was expecting a better follow-up for my application.
