      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wizeline (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

It was a fairly long process. One of their recruiters reached out to me to set up a 30-minute phone screen. After I passed the initial phone screen, another 30-minute phone screen was scheduled, but this time with the hiring manager. We then scheduled a 1-hour in person interview with the hiring manager. Thereafter, another in-person interview was scheduled, but this time it was with a panel of different team members from various departments, including marketing, product, and their CEO, which took about 2 hours to complete. Overall, the process took about 2 weeks, and even though they ended up proceeding another candidate (next step involved a writing assignment from my understanding), it was great to meet the team, especially since everyone was considerate and friendly throughout it all.
