After finishing the full interview process, I was left waiting for feedback for a month, with HR telling me that they would contact me soon, but in the end they never did.
The role description was not clear and different from one person to the next.
The people from the first 3 interviews were nice and friendly, but the ones from the last interview were unfriendly, and seemed to be unwilling to progress with the hiring process.
It felt like there were some internal issues related to the role, which seemed confirmed by the volume of unsuccessful applicants (more than 800 and the role still open).
I was at first very enthusiastic about the role, but as the process moved forward, I got growing concerns about the company, its culture, and the unclear expectations for the role...
