      Recruiting Manager Interview

      Mar 13, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wolf Greenfield in Mar 2026

      Interview

The HR screener began by saying, “I don’t have any questions for you, so why do you want this role?” and then proceeded to repeat the same question multiple times while providing little information about the role. I was told, “you fall short” of managerial experience and would only be considered “at the lower end of the pay range,” despite leading a function independently and managing direct reports. Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. Candidates should be aware that early interactions may not reflect their qualifications or the actual responsibilities of the role.
