I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wolf Popper LLP (San Juan, PR) in Oct 2012
Interview
The recruiter was very nice and polite, but straight to the point. Most questions were related to what my expectations were and why I decided to become a lawyer. She wanted to know what my favorite subject were and how I was preparing for the bar exam. I was told that there were different positions available and asked if I would be interested in a Legal Clerk position in case I did not pass the bar exam. That was a bit discouraging but I said yes because I really needed the job. Thankfully I passed and they offered my the Associate Attorney position. The interview process was informal and the atmosphere was very positive and welcoming.
