Applied online through college website, the recruiter requested a questionnaire to be completed. A month later, the manager called and gave a phone screening interview. He just asked the same questions that were in the questionnaire (should have known!). This was my first ever interview and I managed to bore him out! I blatantly said no when he asked whether I had equipmental troubleshooting, root cause analysis even though I had it. This probably costed me the on-site interview.
