Wolfspeed interview questions

3hr video chat (MS Teams) interview with 3-4 individuals. Interviews are separate. Questions very by the interviewer, as does format. Tends to be director, manager, and two engineers. Sometimes members of other departments pitch in.

Interview process was very long - 4 interviews for a relatively junior role. 4 interviews were arranged very quickly, I had to take annual leave to visit the office. All was position - was told I would find out the outcome the next week, however I have followed up twice, never had any further correspondence to let me know whether I was successful or not & found out via LinkedIn another candidate had got the position. Not good practice from an HR perspective.
