I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolfspeed (Durham, NC) in Mar 2011
Interview
The first and second interviews went very smoothly, general HR questions from the first interview, a lot technical questions from the second one, but the managers are all very nice. However, the third one, which is the big manager, was very impatient and could be rude at some points. He made me nervous and lost all the confidence after 10 min of talk over the phone. I wasn't at a good condition either, so I got rejected after all. But generally, not a very difficult interview, if I can do better on the third one...
