I applied online, the first was a group interview with easy questions and a little test. The second one with more personal questions like why you want to work here? Strengths or weaknesses, goals

Interview
The interviewer was very polite, friendly and respectful. I had a pleasant time talking with everyone in the group. Everybody had a chance to present themselves and to solve a group task we got.
The process lasted for a very long time - almost a month. The conversation during the interview though run smoothly and the questions were normal but too generic. It seemed like I was one more number to them.
