Hi! Thanks for leaving us a review on your interview experience with Wolt. Even though things didn’t go perfectly on our end this time, we really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve our candidates’ experiences.
We’d like to take this opportunity to address your question about our application questions. Our interview process begins at the application stage where we have created a few starting questions in order to gain an initial understanding of our candidate’s qualifications. This also gives our candidates an opportunity to understand the key focuses and requirements for position. From here, we use these application answers as a foundation for the next interviews where we dig deeper into the various topics. However, we appreciate you sharing the feedback and will keep in mind on how we can be better at communicating why we have these in place.
Even more so, we’re sorry to hear that you didn’t hear from us sooner. This is definitely not the experience we would’ve liked for you to have with Wolt and we are truly apologetic for dropping the ball this time. Rest assured that we have shared your feedback with our hiring teams to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
