The interview process is very simple and quick. This was a solo interview with the principal engineer in charge of the department and an associate engineer to who you will most likely report to, if hired.

The interview process was simple and quick. I interviewed with a panel of 3 people, including a senior, associate, and assistant engineer. They were very friendly and understanding and helpful in answering any questions that I had. Overall, I had a great experience and the interview lasted about 50 minutes.

Met with a company owner first and then met the team of potential supervisors that may want to hire me. Very helpful as they understand being in the shoes of a young professional seeking opportunities. They are competitive and yet very supportive of candidate's best interest.
