Woodley Building Maintenance interview questions

I was interviewed then called in for orientation. At the orientation I filled out tax forms and company handbook and was told that I had a job.I have contacted the hiring managers by phone and went back into the company several times,but yet I still have not worked one day. I went in for orientation in June it is now October.
