The interview process is in two stages. The first stage consisted of pre-screening computer proficiency tests using Microsoft programs, and coding. There is a time limit for the tests. The interview then progressed to an in-person interview.

I applied online and had to go through standardized testing before I was called back for an interview. The interview itself was a panel interview, where the questions that were asked mostly consisted of behavioural questions.
