Worksome interview questions

7-interviews totally, they were thorough and made sure it was a great for for them, but also wanted to make sure I thought they were a great fit for me. Very hoary process. All zone on Google meet except for my initial recruiter call. :)

The interview process with Worksome was great! I was moved through it pretty quickly and went from initial screening call to offer in about 3.5 weeks. The process included an initial screening call with the internal recruiter, a meeting with the hiring manager, a case study presented to the hiring manager and team member, and then final round interviews with two of the founders. Because much of the team is based in Europe, most of these were early morning interviews (8am-10:30am). There was a big focus on culture fit throughout the process. It's clear that the team takes the time to get to know applicants on a personal level and to make all new hires feel really welcomed into the Worksome team. I was lucky enough to receive a few offers within the same week but Worksome was the easy choice, thanks to the great people I met throughout my interview process and the incredible growth the organization is seeing.
