I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at World Economic Forum (San Francisco, CA) in May 2020
Interview
I first had a call with HR who was very nice and helpful throughout the process. After the interview, she offered that I go onto the next round. I then had a series of panel interviews with several teams, all of which were great. I was about to be offered the position when they decided last minute to go with an internal hire. The HR manager then told me that another position may be open in another area. She said to check in in 30 days. I waited, and when we spoke, she said the final details were being hammered out, and then when we check in again she says someone else again internally has expressed interest in the role but another position somewhere else may be available. She says to check in in September. After several emails she returns my messages and says another position will not likely be available until 2021. In short, I unfortunately did not get the job. The interview process in that regard technically lasted from late-May/early-June through September. It was a very drawn out and time-occupying process. The only positive experience here was the HR manager, who - to her credit - was kind enough to keep me posted and diligently let me know of any updates.

Interview
Interviews with video system, hiring manager, and the team. I got quite challenging questions that really tests my knowledge and experience on the issues. The process was relatively fast and they gave me answer in 2 weeks.
