First round was online interview, followed by onsite interview that included 4 parts: HR interview, panel interview, hiring managers interview and simulation tests that asked you to handle 2 scenarios that can happen on the job

What’s the first thing you will do if you get the job
A short, well-organised first interview. The direct management was there, asking relevant questions about experience, related to the position as well my motivation. Overall, a good experience so far, even though, the position was then closed.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Economic Forum (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process consisted of a video statement submission as well as phone calls with the hiring manager and an internal recruiter, but ended with no clarity or timeline followed for next steps (no response to followup communication.)
