Was called to interview months after I had applied due to delays in securing funding, there were only proceeding with this project at a much later date.
There were 2 people conducting the interview, both very warm and personable.
All very standard interview questions, and they gave a lot of information about the role and answered any questions I had.
There were no curveballs really.

The interview was highly technical and closely aligned with the Terms of Reference (TORs) outlined in the job profile. The panel consisted of five members, each bringing a unique set of questions focused on different aspects of the role, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of my expertise and suitability for the position.

The application process was straightforward. The selection process was quick and feedback was provided thoroughly. The process might differ per division and unit and will most likely depend on the hiring managers.

Questions depend a lot on the position and role. Obviously relevant experience and motivation were important point, as was global experience and experience in low resources settings.
